Reception role, answering phones, emailing, and communicating with travel agencies, checking in guests, and checking out guests. Experience in a motel/accommodation reception role preferred. Must be able to work independently, and with a team having effective communication skills to relay messages, and reply to inquiries. The roster will accommodate availability and guarantee two consecutive days off per week. Roster is provided one to two weeks in advance.
Skills Required
Experience with similar role preferred, good interpersonal skills, good phone mannerisms, able to effectively communicate with customers and team members. Data entry, and computer skills a must. RSA required, as we are a licensed venue.
