Job Summary
About the role
As a Field Service Technician (Muswellbrook/Scone, NSW), you will work independently to provide excellent customer experiences by activating and maintaining telecommunications and technology products and services in homes and businesses. You will be part of a diverse team focused on achieving the best customer and commercial outcomes aligned with our corporate strategy. Multiple positions are available across the country; specific locations are listed below. Candidates should reside in or be willing to relocate to the targeted area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver seamless service rectification and product installations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and install copper cables, including fault finding, jointing, jumpering, and networking.
- Manage and maintain Fibre network technology, core network technology, and data services.
- Maintain and install Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) for both consumer and business clients.
- Perform fault finding over copper networks in rural or remote areas.
Qualifications:
You must hold and maintain relevant licenses and qualifications mandated by regulatory authorities and a current driver's license. Required qualifications include:
- Certificate I & II in Telecommunications
- Open cabling license
- Traffic management qualifications
- Industry white card
