**About the role**:
As part of the Sales Department at our Melbourne Tullamarine office this role reports to the Branch Manager, actively seeks new business ventures, develops existing client opportunities, manages a team to achieve set objectives, resolves customer issues and regular reports performance.

**What you will be doing**:
- Sales
- Start new business acquisitions in line with personal and team targets based on local and global strategy
- Create sales strategies to attract new clients and opportunities
- Drive solutions and products to enhance our client service offer
- Visit clients regularly and conduct structured reviews of portfolio accounts
- Monitor objectives to align with set targets
- Development
- Maintain existing relationships and Identify opportunities with assigned Key Accounts
- Focus on the development of key industry verticals and leverage off the global/regional network
- Supervise the data quality sent to clients and take required measures to improve stakeholders
- Monthly meetings with the Sales & Clients
- Management
- Mentor, train and lead the Sales and Customer Service team toward achieving set sales targets and KPIs
- Customer Service
- Become the main point of contact for performance or challenge issues
- Reporting
- Monitor & manage various KPIs through our Concerto CRM system
- Propose and develop data reporting automation with the support of CBS software
- Deliver Monthly or Quarterly BR with clients
- Deliver sales team FLASH report monthly
- Regularly communicating and supporting CSR & Sustainability projects
- Define and distribute SOP to various offices and network
Essential:
- At least ten years of sales experience, with a minimum of three years in a managerial position an added advantage
- Proven track record of sales experience
Desirable:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to delegate and strong influencing skills
- Ability to determine competitive prices based on market conditions and Bollore Logistics' potential
- Proficient presentation skills in both compilation and delivery
- Possess empathy both internally and externally
