District Medical Officer – Procedural – Anaesthetics

Overview
In this combined General Practitioners (Rural Generalist) Emergency Medicine/Anaesthetics role you will provide comprehensive medical and community health services to the Health Campus and surrounding remote communities. You will work within a team of dedicated medical officers to deliver exceptional care to the region.
Role Responsibilities
You will be rostered to clinical duties in the emergency department and GP clinics at each hospital, rostered on call as required, and receive an annualised on‑call allowance shared with colleagues.
Qualifications
- Eligible fellowship from the College of Rural and Remote Medicine (FACRRM) or the Royal Australian College of General Practice (FRACGP).
- Formal post graduate qualification in Anaesthetics (JCCA) and equivalent extensive experience.
