Ridgewood Powder Coating is looking for an experienced Powder Coating Sprayer to join our growing team in Brendale. We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and can work efficiently in a quick‐paced production environment.
Responsibilities
* Powder coating a variety of aluminium, steel, architectural and industrial products
* Maintaining high-quality finishes and colour consistency
* Preparing products for coating including masking and hanging when required
* Operating and maintaining spray equipment safely and efficiently
* Working alongside the production team to meet deadlines and customer expectations
* Assisting with general workshop duties as required
What We're Looking For
* Previous powder coating spray experience preferred
* Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
* Ability to work both independently and within a team
* Reliable, punctual and motivated attitude
* Forklift licence advantageous but not essential
* Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks

General Powder Coating Labourers / Sandblasters
About the Role
Ridgewood Powder Coating is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Labourers and Sandblasters to join our team in Brendale. These roles are ideal for applicants who enjoy hands‐on work in a busy industrial environment. Experience is preferred but training can be provided for the right applicants.
Duties Include
* Hanging and preparing products for powder coating
* Sandblasting and surface preparation
* Loading and unloading materials
* Cleaning and maintaining work areas
* Assisting powder coaters and production staff
* General factory and workshop duties
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in powder coating, sandblasting or manufacturing preferred
* Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
* Strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Reliable transport and punctual attendance
* Ability to work safely and follow instructions
