Your New Role
Duties
As a Client Advisor, you'll be the face of a brand celebrated for its heritage in watchmaking and the first point of contact in store, providing your in depth product knowledge to create a unique shopping experience to customers, Your duties will include:
* Welcoming customers in a warm and friendly manner
* Providing excellent product knowledge on styles and engineering
* Promote the brand and product
* Maintain new and existing customer relationships
* Contribute to achieving individual and store targets to promote sales

About You
* Minimum 1 year luxury retail / sales experience
* Strong passion for working with timepieces or luxury engineering
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Drive to meet and exceed KPI's
