Legal Aid NSW delivers accessible legal services across criminal, family and civil law. We provide advice, court representation, and family dispute resolution through 28 offices and phone-based support, helping people navigate the legal system with confidence and fairness.
About the role
The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for coordinating Legal Aid NSW's fleet operations, including leading the transition of fleet projects in line with NSW Government mandates. The role ensures compliance with fleet and procurement policies, delivers high-quality customer service, and provides strategic and operational advice to stakeholders. The position also contributes to broader facilities management functions.
About you
You are a skilled Fleet Coordinator with detailed fleet knowledge, experience and a strong understanding of compliance, customer service, and sustainable transport. You have led or supported transformation and application to align fleet operations with government mandates.
Your ability to deliver practical solutions and strategic advice makes you a valuable contributor to efficient, future-focused workplace management.
Experience in EV and telematics transitions is advantageous.

The essential requirements for this role
You must:

o demonstrated experience in the delivery and day to day fleet management and operations
*
o be willing to do a Criminal Record Check
*
o hold Australian or NZ citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency (for ongoing vacancies) or a valid visa to work in Australia (for temporary vacancies)

o hold a valid Class C Driver Licence
