Job Summary
We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team. The role involves supporting and empowering adults with learning disabilities in residential, respite and community settings.
Main Responsibilities
* Report to senior support workers to ensure high-quality care is provided.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date information, including care plans and medication management.
* Liaise with health professionals and integrate relevant guidance into decision-making.
This part-time role involves working 21-29 hours per week, with a rolling 4-week rota and various shifts between 07:00-22:00, including bank holidays and weekends.
Previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities and a qualification in Health and Social Care or similar at Level 2 or above are essential requirements.
Excellent communication and IT skills are necessary for case recording and further education opportunities. Additionally, proficiency in written and spoken English is required.
