Role
Anticipating and attending to guest queries.
Checking guests in and out with efficiency, friendliness and flair.
Processing daily guest transactions and accounts accurately and efficiently.
Collaborating with other departments, to ensure that the Hotel’s rooms are properly prepared for arriving guests.
Happily working to busy rosters that range across 7am - 11pm over a 7-day roster.
About You
Previous guest service experience (hotel experience an advantage)
A logical, common sense approach to resolving concerns.
An empathic ability to anticipate our guests\' needs.
Proficient in computer applications (Opera PMS an advantage)
Having a manual driver’s licence.
Familiar with Newcastle and the wider Hunter region.
Demonstrated 'can-do' approach to your duties.
