Your new role
As a Senior Advisor, you will lead and motivate a high-performing team within the Service Delivery division. Reporting to the Assistant Director, you'll manage complex and escalated enquiries, provide technical expertise, and drive process improvements. You'll play a key role in shaping policy, supporting digital transformation, and ensuring compliance with legislative frameworks.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading and developing a team to deliver on complex regulatory and legislative changes.
* Providing expert advice on complex regulatory and operational matters.
* Driving continuous improvement and implementing change initiatives.
* Build strong stakeholder relationships and influencing outcomes.
* Applying sound judgement and evidence-based decision making.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven leadership experience in a regulatory or compliance environment.
* Strong understanding of relevant legislative frameworks.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
* Tertiary qualifications in Law, Accounting or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
