Job Overview
Deloitte is seeking a skilled technical professional to join our team as an IT Support Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support to internal staff, ensuring the timely resolution of issues in alignment with agreed service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain software environments across various platforms, including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Office 365.
* Coordinate IT onboarding for new employees, including provisioning physical assets.
* Ensure strict adherence to ISO protocols and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
* Perform service restoration troubleshooting using Intune and other diagnostic tools.
* Deliver high-quality technical support to all staff, including executives and VIPs.
* Provide hands-on remote support for laptops, mobile devices, and conferencing tools.
* Create, update, and maintain clear user-friendly technical knowledge base articles.
* Leverage Generative AI to enhance productivity and contribute to IT projects.
* Maintain daily on-site presence to support operational needs.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience in in-person technical customer support, backed by relevant industry certifications. You should demonstrate strong proficiency with Microsoft and Apple environments, including Windows 11 and Office 365. Additionally, you should have hands-on experience with ITIL-aligned Incident Management platforms such as ServiceNow and ability to diagnose and resolve mobile device issues.
