**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in recruitment drive, ensuring key positions are filled for vacancies as the company sets to grow with planned developments coming up
- Autonomous management through phases of the project, liaising between the Director.
- Overall management to achieve objectives & financial targets.
- Oversee financial performance of the business ensuring compliance, profitability and budgeted results are achieved.
- Manage and oversee the rostering, wage analysis and weekly financial reports.
- Drive and mentor both FOH & BOH teams to implement a product that meets the expectations of the Director.
- Execute all existing, internal operational systems.
- Work closely with the management team to ensure continuous development of teams.
- Be a part of the groups senior management team to assist in the overall development of the business.
- Execute internal activations and events in consultation with the Marketing and Events teams.
The Trooper in you:
- Practical and proven customer and client relationship skills, with experience in hospitality management from Food & Beverage, in a similar role.
- Ability to project manage multiple activations at once.
- Compliance expertise, licence experience, highly regarded.
- Proven track record in managing, mentoring high performing teams.
- Passion for restaurants and the hospitality industry.
- Well-connected within the hospitality industry's extensive network.
- Possesses an influential and welcoming communication style and encourages constructive feedback, engagement, inclusion, and diversity at all levels. Ability and willingness to give and receive honest, balanced feedback.
- Demonstrates competence and character that inspires trust.

**Salary**: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
