We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Human Resources Officer to join our growing organisation .The Human Resources Officer will play a key role in HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and staff development.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
* Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with the set regulations.
* Support staff training, development, and performance management processes.
* Provide advice and support on employee relations and workplace policies.
* Ensure compliance with Fair Work regulations, NDIS standards, and workplace health and safety requirements.
* Assist with payroll coordination and staff rostering support where required.
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
* Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Previous HR experience (preferably in healthcare, disability services, or community services).
* Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
* Experience with HR software and Microsoft Office.
* Understanding of NDIS standards is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
* HR certification (e.g. AHRI membership).
* Experience working within the disability or healthcare sector.
* Knowledge of NDIS standards and compliance

Pay: $60,589.22 – $69,000.00 per year
