We are seeking a motivated property lawyer (1-3 years PAE) to join our expanding team of dedicated and down-to‑earth professionals.

THE OPPORTUNITY
This role offers exposure to a mix of commercial property work, including transactions, leasing, development and general property advisory work.
You will work with industry‑leading brands on transactions valued over $30M, and receive leadership and guidance by experienced commercial property expertsRobert LalorandRhennen Ford. You will have direct client contact and the ability to work autonomously, however the firm houses a number of experienced lawyers in each practice area who are always available for guidance.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
We are looking for someone professional, adaptable and reliable, with an eagerness to work in a team environment and provide quality service to clients. You are able to quickly identify and interpret potential legal issues and develop commercially‑driven solutions.
To succeed in this role, it is essential that you have:
* Property law experience with a reputable firm;
* Soundly developed core technical skills in property law;
* An ability to autonomously manage client relationships and files through to conclusion; and
* A willingness to learn and stretch yourself.
