Job Title: Regional Delivery Team Coordinator
About the Role:
The Regional Delivery Team Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring our customers experience exceptional service across Australia. This key position is responsible for efficient daily scheduling and operation of the relevant regional delivery team.
* Coordinate proactive communication between the delivery fleet and customers (internal & external)
* Manage resource, capability, and inventory constraints and timelines to ensure seamless customer experience
* Oversee on-the-job training and development of delivery team members, supporting the D&I Manager in day-to-day operations
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate training and development of the delivery team
* Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes, improve customer service level, and truck utilization
* Develop and maintain delivery standard operating procedures
* Model the expected behaviors to ensure an optimal delivery experience for our customers
