Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse looking for an opportunity in regional Western Australia?Juniper is seeking compassionate nurses to join our team across our locations in Derby, Fitzroy Crossing, and Kununurra.

We're offering flexible work options including full-time, part-time, and casual positions. If you're ready for a change, relocation assistance and subsidized accommodation are available to help you transition smoothly.

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse at Juniper Aged Care, you'll work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to assess residents' needs, develop and implement care plans, and ensure high standards of care. You'll also mentor and support care staff, and ensure compliance with AN-ACC assessments to maintain top-quality care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement tailored care plans for residents
* Address concerns and requests from families and carers in collaboration with the Residential Manager
* Stay current with aged care documentation requirements
* Work with healthcare professionals to provide holistic care for residents
* Mentor and support care and service staff, enhancing their performance
* Identify and address training needs for clinical and care staff
* Ensure compliance with aged care standards and regulations

Key Requirements:

* Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA)
* Experience in delivering clinical care within aged care or healthcare settings
* Strong planning, coordination, and mentoring skills
* Ability to guide staff in wound management, diabetes care, and medication systems
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills

* Competitive salary ranging from $101,653 to $126,379 per annum + 11% superannuation
