Key Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
* Input customer details accurately into our computer system in a timely manner.
* Organize and prepare customer orders for the next day, ensuring all items are properly bagged and ready for pick-up.
* Accurately locate and match clothing items using codes or numbers.
* Maintain a clean and presentable front desk area at all times.
* Handle difficult customers with patience and professionalism.
* Work efficiently under pressure, ensuring all tasks are completed before the end of the shift.
* Uphold the highest standards of professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
* Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
* A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
