Job tasks and responsibilities
The successful applicant will be required to look after a busy but manageable switch-board, take ownership of the dealership cafe area, and welcome visitors to the dealership, ensuring that they are attended to by the relevant department in a timely fashion. The receptionist does provide additional administrative support to the admin team.

* Displays a friendly, positive personality, courteous, and has a genuine interest in helping others
* Well organised, pays close attention to detail, and has sound computer skills

* Excellent communication skills, including an outstanding telephone manner
* Smart and professional appearance, with excellent personal presentation
Skills and experience
Receptionist experience would be an advantage. An immediate start is available.
