LANDSCAPE GARDENING & MAINTENANCE - JOIN OUR TEAM
JPCL PTY LTD is growing and we're looking for reliable, motivated people to join our Landscape Gardening & Maintenance team.

For the right people, there is real progression - including learning to operate tipper trucks, excavators, front-end loaders, and other machinery, and taking responsibility for your own designated equipment.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll work across a variety of professional sites including schools, childcares, commercial properties, strata, government facilities, and memorial parks.
Typical work includes:
* Lawn mowing, edging, and hedging and blowing
* Weeding and garden tidy-ups
* Mulching and sandpit maintenance
* Garden upgrades and transformations
* Pressure washing
* Scheduled roof and gutter cleaning
* Small to medium tree removal
* Turfing, compacted granite, and general landscaping works
Who We're Looking For
You don't need to know everything - we value attitude just as much as experience.
You'll suit this role if you are:
Reliable, punctual, and consistent
Happy to work as part of a team
Physically capable of outdoor work
Respectful of vehicles, tools, and equipment
Comfortable speaking with clients on site
Willing to work Saturdays when required
Licences & tickets:
* Manual driver's licence - required
* Truck licence (MR or HR) - highly regarded

* Ability to obtain a Working With Children Check (essential)
Highly regarded but not essential:
* Chainsaw ticket
* Working at Heights

* Work across multiple NSW locations in company vehicles throughout the day
Hours:
6:30am – 3:00pm
Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday
