About the Role
This role is responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic care to vulnerable young people in an intensive therapeutic environment.
The House Manager ITC will lead and supervise a team of youth workers, working collaboratively with other staff members to deliver trauma-informed therapeutic programs.
Key responsibilities include developing behavioral management programs, participating in team collaborations, and exercising personal initiative when working independently.
Applicants should have a tertiary qualification in social work or a related field, with proven experience in managing challenging behaviors and working within residential care environments.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in Grafton NSW, reporting to the ITC Coordinator.
Key Selection Criteria:
* A tertiary qualification at Bachelor Degree level in social work, community services or relevant field
* Proven skills and experience in development of behavioral management programs
* Ability to participate collaboratively and constructively within teams
* Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the residential care field
