About the Role
* Delivering exceptional service to all customers interacting with the store.
* Carrying out daily and weekly inventory checks and maintaining high warehouse housekeeping standards.
* Identifying and reporting product variations and ensuring inventory is stored logically and accurately.
* Preparing the warehouse for monthly stocktakes.
* Ensuring healthy stock levels.
* Writing up and processing retread cases, entering them into SAP, and arranging dispatch.
* Checking transportation invoices and delivery dockets to ensure 100% product accuracy.
* Managing internal and external purchase order reporting for product‐related purchases.
* Ensuring Fitters receive the correct tyres for customer jobs in line with SLAs.
* Supporting claims handling, recognising non‐warranty issues early, and helping minimise unnecessary escalation.
* Contributing to operational efficiency, HSE compliance, and continuous improvement activities.
About You
* Has a good knowledge of, and experience in, warehousing and distribution procedures.
* Holds a current drivers and forklift licence.
* Has experience in the tyre industry (preferred but not essential).
* Demonstrates strong computer skills. Experience with inventory management systems is preferred but not essential.
* Has an excellent ability to contribute within a team, supporting a positive, safe, and productive environment.
* Shows strong attention to detail and likes getting things right the first time.
* Follows processes, maintains accuracy, and can work unsupervised when needed.
* Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing.
* Maintains high housekeeping standards and supports efficient warehouse flow.
* Takes initiative when identifying issues or opportunities for improvement.
