Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to join our Toll Fuels & Gases division in Port Hedland, WA. This role is pivotal in managing fleet allocation, driver availability, and fuel-related activities to meet customer requirements while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage fleet and driver availability to meet customer demand. Plan and coordinate fuel-related activities and maintenance schedules. Ensure compliance with client operational requirements, safety policies, and statutory obligations. Maintain accurate schedules, rosters, and records. Report incidents and implement safety improvements. Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and team members. What We're Looking For: Qualifications : Secondary qualification in logistics preferred (or equivalent experience). Licenses: Class C license required (Truck license desirable) Experience : Transport industry experience and knowledge of regulations, fatigue management, and the mining industry are advantageous. Skills : Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling systems. Attributes : High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, self-motivated, and solution-focused.
