We are seeking a seasoned Hotel Front Office Manager to lead our front office team and ensure seamless guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel operations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Job Description
* Maintain complete knowledge of all departmental policies, procedures, and standards to deliver exceptional service to guests.
* Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests with a warm smile.
* Resolve guest complaints efficiently and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas to create a welcoming environment for guests.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of 5 years of front office experience in 4-5 star hotels.
* A minimum of 3 years in a leadership or supervisor role with a proven track record of success.
* Previous experience with high occupancy, fast check-in/out cycles, business and leisure travelers.
* Natural leadership presence and poise.
* Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and digital.
* Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and guest-obsessed.
