We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Nursery Plant Delivery Driver & Yard Hand to join our team delivering premium trees and plants to customers across Victoria.
This role combines local delivery driving with hands-on nursery dispatch work. You will be responsible for safely transporting plant stock to customers, collecting stock from suppliers, and assisting in the yard to ensure orders are organised, labelled and ready for dispatch.
Key duties include operating a pantech truck with tailgate for deliveries across Victoria, completing Hiab crane deliveries where required, and undertaking nursery pick-ups from growers and suppliers. When in the yard, you will assist with grouping and labelling orders, checking off stock for accuracy, preparing interstate freight areas, and helping load trucks and semi-trailers .
Attention to detail is important, as you will be responsible for checking items against orders to ensure customers receive the correct plants. The role also requires maintaining a clean and organised dispatch area and providing a professional, customer-focused experience during deliveries .
This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys driving, working outdoors, and being part of a fast-moving horticulture and logistics operation .
