**About You**:
- _**Proven Track Record**_:_ You're a recruitment powerhouse with a history of surpassing targets and KPIs.
- **5+ Years of experience** and can generate your own business for the company
- _**Relationship Builder**_: Your exceptional relationship management skills allow you to forge strong connections, even over the phone.
- _**Commercial Savvy**_: You excel at presenting recruitment services and solutions to potential clients, driven by a commercial mindset.
**This job is better suited for those with a pipeline of business relationships already.**
Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
