Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will drive strategic marketing initiatives that support business growth and elevate the JSK Packaging brand in competitive markets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, implement and analyze marketing activities that increase visibility, engagement and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
As a Marketing Specialist, your duties will include (in accordance with ABS OSCA occupational standards):
* Market Research & Analysis
Commission and undertake market research to identify opportunities for existing and new packaging products. Collect and analyze market data to understand potential demand and customer/industry trends. Australian Bureau of Statistics
* Marketing Strategy & Planning
Support the preparation, coordination and execution of marketing objectives, policies and programs that align with organizational goals. Australian Bureau of Statistics
* Brand & Product Promotion
Advise on all elements of marketing including pricing strategies, advertising, sales promotion, product mix and distribution channels to enhance brand visibility and market share. Australian Bureau of Statistics
* Performance Evaluation
Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports on marketing effectiveness, and recommend improvements to optimize ROI.
* Cross-Team Collaboration
Work collaboratively with sales, operations and customer service to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and excellent customer experiences.
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
* Demonstrated experience in marketing research, planning and execution.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
* Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and passion for results.
Desirable Attributes:
* Experience in packaging, FMCG or B2B industries.
* Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
