Due to maternity leave, we are currently looking for an
**Administration Officer **to support our
**West Moreton team**. The position will be based at Toowoomba and will be on a fixed term contract for 12 months.
The Administration Officer is responsible for maintaining an efficient and customer focused reception for internal and external clients, other visitors and service providers; and promoting and contributing to a positive team environment within the Service.
**About You**
We're looking for a dynamic worker with strong administration skills and a "can-do" attitude. Further experience will include:
- Experience in administration
- Ability to work in a high volume, process-driven and systems enabled environment
- Ability to assess priorities and manage competing deadlines both independently and as a member of a team
- Intermediate level in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
The following would be an advantage but happy to train the right person
- Knowledge of Procura software
- Payroll data entry & invoice coding experience
- Car fleet management
- Experience working in a Community Care, Aged Care, or Health background in an administration capacity
To be successful you will be required to hold a National Police Certificate, current COVID-19 certificate and a Queensland Driver Licence.
A Certificate III in Business Administration would be beneficial but more important is your attitude and willingness to learn.
