A well-established global leader in factory automation is seeking an Electrical Service Technician to support CNC systems, lathes, robots & controls. Requires strong troubleshooting skills, PLC knowledge & a restricted electrical licence. Excellent salary, OEM training (local & overseas), company car & tools provided.
Your new role
* Visit clients and solve operating problems in CNC, controls on machining centres, Lathes and Robots. Electrical troubleshooting and PLC knowledge will be crucial.
* The role is 75% electrical, 25% mechanical
What you'll need to succeed
* Restricted Electrical + Disconnect/Reconnect licence is a must - Electrical license highly regarded
* Experience in troubleshooting mechanical and precision machine faults
* Ability to read and interpret schematic drawings and communicate the same to Service Management.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Troubleshooting Knowledge of PLCs
* CNC, Robotics & Packaging experience will be highly regarded
