Front Desk Coordinator Job Description
This role is a crucial part of our organization, as it serves as the initial point of contact for clients and represents our business face.
* Greet clients and visitors at the front desk
* Prepare and serve refreshments
* Manage incoming calls and client queries
* Maintain our reception area and meeting rooms to a professional standard
* Complete administrative tasks such as handling mail, stationery orders, and preparing professional documents
This role supports our accounting team with administrative tasks, requiring strong time management and accuracy skills. The successful candidate will work independently, managing their tasks efficiently, and maintain a professional appearance by wearing the provided uniform. They should have a friendly, helpful communication style with an eye for detail to keep our front-of-house areas immaculate.
Responsibilities
This is a full-time position operating from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will enjoy a work-life balance, including a monthly rostered day off.
Requirements
* Previous front desk experience or similar
* Professional presentation, manner, and attitude
* Excellent communication skills focused on client service
* Good time management and multi-tasking abilities
* Ability to work independently
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
* Current Driver's license (for errands)
