**How will I help?**
Within Westpac Private Wealth, we seek to provide unique and differentiated insights, expertise, and opportunities for high-net-worth clients. Global Investment Services provides clients with expertise across a broad range of domestic and international investment opportunities, including fixed income and credit, equities, real estate, structured notes, managed solutions, venture capital and private equity.
In this role you will be part of our Product Management Team that is responsible for growing and supporting the Global Investment Services proposition.
**You will also be responsible for**:
**Manage product offering (general responsibilities)**:
- Product governance including product changes, product assessments and product monitoring
- Client communications & corporate actions
- Manage risks and control obligations
- Own product related incidents and issues
- Delivery of internal forum and board reporting
- Manage suppliers and supplier governance obligations
**Marketing specialist (role specific responsibility)**:
- Project manage marketing launch of each investment
- Sales support GIS Request for Proposals (RFP)
- Key accountability for creation and currency of GIS client facing collateral
- Own and deliver customer experience journey mapping
- Own and delivery of client collateral that supports the customer experience
- Ensure compliance with collateral standards and procedures
- Ensure client collateral delivers strong client and sales outcomes
- Work with project team on technology integration of collateral
- Ensure simplification for management, maintenance and delivery of collateral

**What do I need?**
We’d love to hear from experienced professionals who have a passion for investments, a team-oriented mindset and great stakeholder engagement. Additional skills required for success include:
- 5+ years’ experience in a product team (or similar) in financial services
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills
- Marketing and collateral experience
- Customer experience mapping experience
- Experience in wealth management
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
- Strong understanding of HNW segment and Private client segments
