Qualifications
* Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or major civil projects
* Strong understanding of Australian construction contracts (AS, NEC, Alliancing, PPP or similar)
* Commercial acumen with a practical, solutions-focused mindset
* Ability to work collaboratively in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
* Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, Commerce, or similar (preferred but not mandatory for all roles)
