What's on offer
You'll manage a well-maintained portfolio of 108 properties in Perth's inner south, spanning Melville to Canning Vale. All compliance is up to date, ensuring a smooth handover.
Your role will include:
- Advertising and showing properties for lease
- Routine inspections
- Maintenance management
- Final bond inspections
- Rent reviews & lease renewals (with admin support)
- Arrears management (with admin support)
- Building strong client relationships
No PCRs. No document preparation.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years' property management experience
- Ideally, personal experience as a homeowner or investor
- A passion for excellent customer service
- Residing within 30 minutes of the portfolio
