Job Title: Hydraulic and Pneumatic Equipment Specialist
Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic equipment to ensure site readiness and quality. This dynamic role involves performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing faults, and preparing tooling for dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine maintenance and calibration on hydraulic and pneumatic equipment to prevent downtime and ensure efficiency.
* Diagnose complex faults and carry out repairs to restore equipment functionality.
* Prepare and dispatch tooling and hire jobs to clients in a timely manner.
* Manage workshop inventory, including ordering, stocking, and controlling supplies.
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to our Quality Management System by identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
* Ensure the workshop is clean, organized, and running smoothly to maintain productivity and safety standards.
Requirements:
* A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong problem-solving skills.
* Mechanical background or strong aptitude for troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
* Full working rights in Australia and a valid driver's license.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
* Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.
* Technical certification (desired) and willingness to obtain a forklift license.
