Your Administration and Accounts experience is required for this multi-faceted, customer-facing role.

**Your new company**

Our client requires a customer-focused Administration and Accounts Officer. This position will require a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills and accounts knowledge. Being the leaders in their field, they have a proven track record of success and a strong reputation.

**Your new role**

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be required to liaise closely with site operational teams, internal departments and company vendors.

Your duties will include:

- Full-function Accounts Receivables
- Manage Debtors ledger and end of month duties
- Collections and allocations
- Processing of utilities, including electricity, phone, internet, gas and water for resorts -invoicing and receipting
- Set up site files for new clients and update relevant systems accordingly;
- Check and send rent increase letters, calculations, spreadsheets, updating &
checking RMS are aligned;

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this position, you will need solid prior experience within a high-volume, busy, Administration and Accounts role. You will also require the following:

- A background in working in a busy AR role
- Experience in debt collection and calling customers to resolve unpaid invoices
- Dealing with account queries from customers and account managers
- Intermediate EXCEL skills and the knowledge of RMS systems.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage your own team
