Location: South Eveleigh, Sydney
Contract: Until 30 June 2026
Rate: $37.13 per hour + super Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls from business banking customers
* Provide accurate information and resolve queries efficiently
* Assist with account management and transactional support
* Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures
* Deliver a positive customer experience at every interaction
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in customer service or contact centre roles
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a high-volume environment
* Familiarity with banking or financial services is highly desirable.
* Tech-savvy with good attention to detail
