- BH-25969Our client is looking for a customer focused individual with a bit of sales flair and a technical mindset. With a range of technical products across cooling, heating, and automations, this business distributes to a range of industries including automotive, refrigeration, marine, water and many more. Their customer service team are looking to add an extra pair of hands to assist with providing an end-to-end service.
This is a fantastic role for someone who has been in a similar role and are ready to step up, this role will have full training provided to become 2IC to the Customer Service Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answering customer questions and queries and follow through on customer request in a timely manner (once fully trained)
- Ensure all credits are investigated as per company procedure and processed in a timely manner and any issues escalated for prompt resolution.
- Liaise with Logistics team members in relation to shipments or stock enquiry issues.
- Liaise with the finance team in relation to customer account issues.
- Prepare customer sales quotations on behalf of the sales team.
- Comply with company processes and procedures and be open to recent ways of working yet remain flexible to ensure customer remains as the focus.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with Sales Managers, Sales Engineers, 3PL and logistics and other team members as needed, to deliver the required services to customers
- Additional duties as requested.
**About you**:
- Strong communications skills
- Extensive prior experience in a similar role
- Strong SAP experience is a must
- Experience using Salesforce
- Adaptable and proactive
- Prior experience in sales
- must feel comfortable selling/upselling
- Can work collaboratively in a team
- Experience working with technical products and have a good understanding.
