The Federal Government Department seeks experienced Business Analysts to support security clearance management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analysing complex system requirements and communicating findings to stakeholders.
* Liaising with vendors to configure systems in line with business needs.
* Detecting continuous improvements in business processes, including translating complex business needs into clear technical requirements using various techniques such as use cases, workflow analysis, and joint user stories.
As a successful candidate, you will engage closely with tech teams and senior stakeholders while developing reports, risk assessments, and business cases prior project implementations. You will work on improving existing workflows by identifying opportunities for optimisation through data-driven insights.
