We are currently seeking a passionate and service-driven Sommelier to join our award-winning Altitude Restaurant team.
About the Role
Step into a key role within one of Sydney's premier dining destinations. As part of the Altitude team, you will:
Deliver exceptional and personalised beverage service to our guests, enhancing their dining experience.
Champion premium and super-premium wine and beverage offerings, leading by example and encouraging the team to do the same.
Maintain the Altitude dispense bar area — ensuring it's clean, fully stocked, and operating at optimal par levels.
Conduct regular wine tastings and training sessions for service associates and wine ambassadors.
Support a culture of excellence, professionalism, and enthusiasm across the team.
About You
Passion for wine and the industry.
Basic knowledge of Australian wines.
Experience in 5-star restaurant service.
RSA certification is required.
WSET Level 2 or CMS qualification advantageous.
