Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in Essential Safety Measures auditing or building compliance are preferred.
Required Qualifications (or equivalent):
* Diploma of Building Surveying (Minimum)
* Advanced Diploma Building Surveying

About the Role
As an ESM Auditor, you will assess a variety of building types—including warehouses, offices, retail spaces, schools, and large industrial facilities. Your responsibilities will include:
* Identifying non‑compliances with the BCA and Australian Standards
* Preparing clear, detailed audit reports using our asset management software, Uptick
* Liaising with clients in a professional and supportive manner
* Providing technical advice to assist clients and the broader team
The role of an ESM Auditor involves auditing of various types of buildings, including warehouses, offices, retail outlets, offices, schools, large scale plants and more. You will be responsible for identifying non-compliances to the BCA and Australian Standards, along with client liaison, report writing and assisting the team with technical advise.

* Hold (or are willing to obtain) a Working With Children Check and Police Check

* Solid understanding of the NCC, BCA and relevant Australian Standards
* Willing and able to travel throughout metro Melbourne and regional Victoria (including occasional overnight stays)
* Australian citizenship is required for this position
