**About the Position**
We are looking for experienced Managers, as well as a Full-Time Team Member.
Reporting to the Area Manager or Store Manager (depending on the role), you will be required to consistently follow the brand's high standards of;
- customer service,
- recipes,
- procedures,
- cleaning
- sanitation
To ensure that our guests' experience is always the best it can be. This exciting role will encompass the following key responsibilities:
Completing hot and cold food preparation accurately, neatly and in a time-efficient fashion.
- Following recipes accurately and maintaining a strict food preparation process.
- Preparing food as needed, including anticipating and adapting to customer volume.
- Maintaining appropriate portion control and consistency, while monitoring food levels on the line.
- Maintaining proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards.
- Providing a friendly, high-quality customer experience to each customer.
You will be required to complete mandatory training in order to understand the tasks and to run the restaurant. Long term planning and other skills will be trained. We expect all our team to be trained in all aspects of restaurant operations.
If selected as a Store Manager you will be in-charge of a team and will be trained to run the store on a day to day basis with a focus on training and mentoring the team.

You must have the ability to exhibit a cheerful, hardworking, and helpful attitude and to provide exceptional customer service experience every time. You will also need the ability to cooperate as part of a team and foster a positive work relationship with all restaurant personnel.
Speaking clearly and listening attentively to customers and employees alike is a key factor in working with us
You need to maintain a professional, well-groomed and neat appearance at all times.
Multitasking and adapting to changing customer levels as required is a must in a fast food environment.
Hours: These roles are for Full Time hours on a rotating roster. We are very flexible and want the best out of our team as well as providing a good work life balance.

Part-time hours: 27.5- 38 per week
**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
