Responsibilities
1. Strong experience in SDLC delivery, including waterfall, hybrid and Agile methodologies. Experience delivering in an agile environment.
2. Implement Master Data Management solutions and Dataernance Programs
3. Implement Data Quality measures like Profiling, Defining Metrics, Scorecards, Standards, policies, and visual analytics to support MDM and Dataernance initiatives.
4. Analysis, architecture, design, and development of Enterprise Integrations for MDM solutions.
5. Create/modify technical and business solutions architectures (logical and physical).
6. Develop highly performant, reliable, and scalable solutions.
7. Author, oversee and gain approval of deliverables / documents for client delivery work.
8. Provide meaningful feedback and coaching of other team members to successfully ovee technological challenges.
9. Lead and demonstrate emerging technologies and concepts to teams.
10. Provide thought leadership on how clients can achieve their data management strategies and objectives.
11. Assist business development team with pre-sales activities, concentrated on solutioning to meet client needs.
What You'll Bring
12. Expert knowledge of Master Data Management which includes:
13. Create MDM strategies for clients, with the ability to confidently discuss requirements, priorities, potential solutions, and MDM architecture patterns.
14. Gather and document Master Data Management requirements by interviewing stakeholders.
15. Through understanding of Data Management tenets such as Match/Merge, Enrichment, Trust & Survivorship, Deduplication
16. Lead analysis, architecture, design and development of Master Data Management solutions.
17. Thorough understanding of HUB architecture, Enterprise Integration and SOA.
18. Experience with data glossaries and catalog using tools such as Axon, Collibra, Alation etc.
19. Expert knowledge of Dataernance which includes:
20. Help clients establish Dataernance Programs and to drive data ownership.
21. Drive visibility, awareness, and adoption of Dataernance across clients organization.
22. Develop and implement plans to roll out Enterprise Dataernance programs.
23. Define KPIs to monitor the results and effectiveness of the Dataernance initiative.
24. Drive change management at adoption to promote data drive culture.
25. Lead the implementation of Dataernance Programs.
