Are you a dedicated Enrolled Nurse with a passion for acute and rehabilitation nursing? We're seeking an experienced and compassionate EN to join our team in Bathurst, where you'll make a real difference in the lives of patients on their journey to recovery.
About the Role:
In this role, you will provide direct patient care across both acute and rehabilitation settings, working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You'll play a vital part in supporting patient recovery, encouraging independence, and promoting health outcomes through skilled nursing care.
Responsibilities
* Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care within your scope of practice
* Assist with rehabilitation plans and monitor patient progress
* Support patients in regaining independence and mobility
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
* Accurately document care provided and report changes in condition
About You
* Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (EN)
* Minimum 2 years' experience in an acute and/or rehab setting
* Proficient in basic clinical assessments and medication administration
* Fully Vaccinated
* Current Flu Vaccination
* Manual handling Certificate
* NDIS Certificate
* Working With Children Check (WWCC)
* 2 x Referee reports (12 months in date)
