Location: Oakleigh, VIC Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00am 3:00pm (Part-Time) Industry: Technology About the Role You'll be a key part of our events outreach team, working on a campaign to invite and follow up with attendees for our technology events. This is not your typical cold calling gig you'll be speaking to warm leads and industry professionals who are genuinely interested in what we do. What You'll Do Call prospective attendees to invite them to upcoming events Follow up with leads and confirm registrations Provide friendly, accurate information about event details Maintain and update records in our CRM system Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm What We're Looking For Excellent phone manner and communication skills A people-person who's confident and friendly Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service or sales is a plus Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Tech-savvy and comfortable learning about new products and services Why Join Us?
