Job Title: Product Specialist
Description: As a Product Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring effective communication with both clients and the internal team to meet all operations, processes, and deadlines efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Communication: Provide top-notch customer service to clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Internal Team Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with the internal team to ensure seamless communication, efficient workflows, and timely project delivery.
* Field Service Technician: Perform product delivery and set-up while guaranteeing optimal equipment performance.
Requirements:
* Experience: 3+ years in a similar role in Agriculture and/or Mechanical trade background.
* Manual Labor Tasks: Comfortable with manual labor tasks, ideally suited for someone with a strong mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience in equipment and machinery.
* Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with staff, clients, and suppliers.
* Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated problem-solving abilities within the scope of responsibility.
* Time Management: Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
