**Our Opportunity**
Information Division is responsible for supporting the department's core ICT infrastructure and services. The Division has a diverse range of responsibilities, including cloud services, network support, ICT project management, business system development and information governance. Working in Information Division provides an opportunity to encourage business value through the use of technology.
Responsibilities of the role:
- create and maintain SOP and operational documentation
- be responsive and adjust priorities based on the needs of the department
- build and maintain positive working relationships with the team, other work areas and clients to work as a supportive and cooperative colleague
- collaborate with multiple areas of the department to ensure that the desired outcomes are identified and achieved
- produce quality work and provide quality outcomes by managing appropriate expectations with stakeholders. Complete tasks that will broaden skills to help achieve these outcomes
- manage and/or provide induction and "on the job" training for other staff as required
- monitor job queues to ensure jobs are actioned in a timely manner
- identify opportunities to expand own knowledge and technical skill, seek out others' expertise and assist in the transfer of knowledge to others
- incident and problem resolution
- escalating issues and reporting to immediate supervisor as required
**Who are we looking for?**
- develop and maintain automation workflows in Jira including tool administration and customisation
- create Jira projects, queries, and reports
- develop and create Jira templates, and complex Jira workflows including project workflows, screen schemes, permission scheme, and notification schemes
- collaborate with teams across the organisation, and gather requirements to develop, and deliver custom templates, and workflows (automation)
