Key Responsibilities
* Conduct due diligence on acquisitions and disposals of businesses by private equity investors or corporate buyers.
* Project manage information flows and ensure seamless stakeholder communication.
* Identify business development opportunities and support Partners/Directors on proposal development and new business initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in Transaction Diligence, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
* Bachelor's/Master's degree in accounting, finance, or economics.
* Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants or international equivalent.
* Strong project management and client relationship skills.
