Overview
As part of the JSM Growth team, you'll help simplify the discovery, onboarding, and expansion journey for JSM customers. Our goal is to unlock the power of JSM by removing friction, optimising the user journey, and driving product‑led growth through experimentation, data, and rapid iteration.
What You'll Do
* Identify and prioritise growth opportunities across the JSM customer journey (acquisition, onboarding, activation, expansion, retention).
* Design, run, and analyse experiments – A/B tests, funnel optimisations – to validate hypotheses and move key metrics forward.
* Collaborate closely with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing to deliver impactful product improvements.
* Gather and synthesise customer insights through research, data analysis, and direct engagement.
* Define and communicate clear product requirements, success metrics, and roadmaps.
* Monitor product performance, report on outcomes, and iterate based on learnings.
* Advocate for the customer and champion product‑led growth best practices within the team.
* Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and measurable impact.
About You
* 3+ years of experience in product management, growth, or a related field (SaaS or B2B preferred).
* Demonstrated ability to use data and experimentation to drive product decisions.
* Strong analytical skills; comfortable with metrics, dashboards, and A/B testing.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
* Customer‑obsessed with a passion for solving real user problems.
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, distributed, and highly collaborative environment.
* Experience with Jira, JSM, or ITSM products is a plus.
