Job Summary
The Pharmacist Trainer will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of pharmacy professionals by overseeing the development and delivery of training programs that equip interns with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed for independent practice.
* This role requires a blend of clinical expertise, educational capability, and interpersonal skills to ensure effective delivery of nationally accredited vocational training in accordance with PSA policies and processes, RTO standards, and government contract requirements.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for utilising innovative teaching methodologies to enhance training and assessment processes, ensuring alignment of learning objectives and outcomes.
* A key aspect of this role is conducting and facilitating assessments in accordance with the Principles of Assessment and the Rules of Evidence as specified under RTO Standards.
* Mentoring, coaching, and advising learners, supervisors, or preceptors, and employers will also be an essential part of this role.
* The Pharmacist Trainer must maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the training and assessment process, adhering to regulatory requirements.
