OverviewWe are looking for an Assistant Field Sales Associate to join our Vascular Sales Team in Sydney, specializing in Aortic & Peripheral Vascular Intervention.

The successful candidate will be passionate about sales, committed to collaboration, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences.This is a remote position, and you can work from home in Australia where you can fulfill the duties of your role.ResponsibilitiesPromote the complete range of Aortic & Peripheral products to Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists, Nursing staff, Purchasing and Supply Managers in the designated territoryDemonstrate the ability to be an active team member with a collaborative, inclusive and encouraging approach to achieving team goals and objectivesIdentify and execute on profitable sales opportunitiesMaintain ongoing high levels of services to all customers as per company philosophy and in cooperation with Customer Service PersonnelMaintain a high level of knowledge in appropriate areas including competitive and clinical informationManage and hold "trunk stock" for emergency casesRequired QualificationsTertiary qualifications in Science, Business, Biomedical Science, Nursing, or RadiographySelling, negotiation, communication & interpersonal skillsStrong verbal acuity & presentation abilities.
Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisionsCurrent, valid driver's licenseAbility to travel approximately 30%Desired QualificationsKnowledge of Endovascular & Vascular Surgical procedures; minimum of 2 years medical sales or relevant products experienceStrong communication, clinical & technical skills and effective organizational, time management and planning skillsWork flexible hours and be "on call" as business needs arise; demonstrated ability to be an inclusive team playerThis position offers a remote work arrangement in the country from which the Associate is employed.
