About This Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our community as a Community Assistant, where you will play a key role in shaping the overall culture and delivering exceptional customer service.
As a friendly face for all incoming residents, you will take ownership of administrative and compliance items, be the first point of contact for residents' queries, and de-escalate any concerns. You will also ensure the ongoing daily operations of village services, including safety, security, compliance, facilities, and more.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Be a welcoming presence for residents, handling administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with village policies.
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to resident inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
* Maintain the highest standards of safety and security, ensuring the well-being of residents and staff.
* Collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve common goals, including sales, marketing, legal, safety/risk, and contractors.
* Contribute to the development of a vibrant and inclusive culture, promoting communication, professionalism, and respect throughout the community.
* Support the Community Manager in people management tasks, such as assisting with interviews and providing general administrative assistance.
* Step into the role of Community Manager during periods of absence, demonstrating your ability to lead and manage the community effectively.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in a reception, administration, and operations-based role, preferably in a hospitality, hotel/tourism, property, or facilities environment.
* A proven track record of contributing to a positive culture of customer service.
* Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Suite and high computer literacy.
* Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
* A focus on results and customer satisfaction.
